Origin

The practice formed after years of watching remittance and e-payment teams scramble binder contents the week before a supervisory visit. Founders who had sat on both sides of the table — as operators and as reviewers — wanted a firm that would re-perform controls, not merely interview about them.

We remain deliberately small. Engagements are staffed by people who can read a settlement break and a policy clause in the same afternoon. Growth that would force junior-only fieldwork is declined.

How we work with clients

We ask for populations early, challenge incomplete extracts, and document disagreements in the working papers. Closing meetings are direct: severity ratings are explained, not softened into slide poetry. Management responses are recorded verbatim in the final memorandum annex.
