Fees
Pricing follows scope, sample size, and fieldwork weeks — not subscription tiers
Every audit for a fintech operator is quoted after a scoping conversation. The figures below are starting guidance so finance and compliance can budget before an engagement letter is drafted.
We do not sell monthly software access. Fees cover senior auditor time, working paper production, and agreed retest windows. Travel within Greater Taipei is included unless overnight stays are required.
| Engagement | Starting guidance (TWD) | What moves the quote |
|---|---|---|
| Control environment audit (flagship) | From NT$480,000 fixed | Number of product rails, prior-year papers, multi-entity groups |
| Remittance control testing | From NT$220,000 fixed | Corridor count, value-band samples, on-site days |
| AML evidence review | From NT$260,000 fixed | Alert volume band, lookback length, language of case files |
| Licensing readiness assessment | From NT$300,000 package | Document room maturity, workshop count, optional retest |
| Critical vendor assurance review | From NT$140,000 per vendor | Cluster discounts, depth of existing SOC packs, interview load |
| Half-day board briefing (add-on) | From NT$45,000 | Preparation of annex slides from an existing Tidewater report |
A deposit of 30% reserves fieldwork weeks. Remaining fees are due on draft delivery unless the engagement letter states milestone billing. See refund and cancellation terms for rescheduling and work already started.
Estimate factors
What we ask in the scoping call
- Licence status and examination window (if known)
- Product map: payments, remittance, lending, wallets, or mixed
- Approximate monthly transaction and alert volumes
- Whether prior internal audit or consultant papers exist
- Preferred language for working papers (EN primary; bilingual annexes on request)
