Acceptance

By accessing https://automatedrouting.digital you agree to these terms. If you commission an audit or related engagement from Tidewater Assurance Group (“we”, “us”), the signed engagement letter prevails over website summaries where they differ.

Services described on this site

Pages describing audits for fintech, fees, and fieldwork are informational. They do not constitute an offer until an engagement letter is executed. We may decline work that creates a conflict of interest or exceeds our independence boundaries.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and downloadable materials remain our property or that of our licensors. Engagement working papers and final memoranda are licensed to the client as stated in the engagement letter; reuse in marketing requires our written consent.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide complete populations, timely access to personnel, and accurate representations. Incomplete or misleading information may delay fieldwork or limit the assurance we can provide.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Taiwan law, our aggregate liability arising from website use is limited to NT$10,000. Liability for professional engagements is capped as set out in the engagement letter, typically at fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including fraud or wilful misconduct).

No professional reliance from browsing alone

Field Notes and general guidance do not replace a scoped engagement. Do not treat website articles as formal assurance opinions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
